How do I make an appointment?
Please call us on 02892626711 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) or on 07726462059 (outside of working hours) and we will be happy to make you an appointment at one of our clinics. Alternatively email us on info@northwellmedical.com Or click here
You do not need a GP referral, please feel free to self-refer to our clinic. We welcome patients from ROI.
Where are your clinics?
At present, we run clinics in Belfast and Newry. Please contact us and we can find a time, date and location that suits you best. Our Belfast clinic is located within 5 minutes of the M1 making us easily accessible to most areas in Northern Ireland. Our Newry clinic is located close to the A1 and is a short journey time from Armagh, Banbridge, Portadown

I live outside Northern Ireland. Can I attend Northwell Medical?
Yes, at Northwell Medical we welcome patients from all Ireland. Our Newry clinic is just a short journey from Carlingford, Dundalk, Drogheda and North Dublin.

Is Northwell Medical confidential?
At Northwell Medical we understand and respect the importance of your confidentiality. Information will not be shared with your GP or pharmacist. Results will be communicated with you directly through your preferred choice of contact. Most treatments can be dispensed directly from our clinic without the need to attend a pharmacy or your GP.
If you choose to pay by card our clinic name will not appear on your bank statement.
Who will see me at clinic?
You will be seen by one of our experienced Genitourinary Medicine Consultants, who have undertaken many years of specialist training in their field of practise. Northwell Medical guarantees that you will be seen directly by a consultant to ensure you get exceptional care and treatment at your very first appointment.
What services do you offer and how much will they cost?
How long will it take to receive my results?
We provide same day results for many tests, including HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B&C
I have tested positive for an infection elsewhere, can I attend Northwell Medical for treatment?
Yes. If you have tested positive for an infection elsewhere, Northwell Medical can provide you with the treatment you require directly at our clinic. You do not need to attend your GP or local pharmacy. We will also provide you with follow-up advice e.g. if a test of cure is recommended, how long to wait until repeat testing, when is it safe to resume sexual activity etc.
